At Mi Costenita, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you order any of our prodcuts for the first time and don’t like it, you can keep it. Just notify us and we’ll give you a full refund. No complicated forms and no return necessary. You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, or if your order arrives damaged or unsealed, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

If your order arrives damaged or unsealed, we will send out a replacement free of charge. Simply contact us with the details and include a clear picture of the damaged or unsealed product, and we’ll take care of the rest.



How to request refund:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply:

Refund Method: Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
